What causes sanding belt not to tension correctly on my Grizzly Sander?
    • B
      Brian BeardSep 23, 2025
Low air pressure can be a cause, so adjust the air pressure to 75 PSI at the primary regulator. Air leaks in the system can also cause this, so inspect all hoses and connections for leaking air; use water on suspected areas to detect bubbles.

    Wanda BallardAug 23, 2025
Why does the sanding belt on my Grizzly Sander keep clogging quickly?
    • H
      haleygayAug 25, 2025
A sanding belt might clog quickly if the grit is too small for the job, so replace it with a coarser grit. Also, reduce the depth of cut, or allow the wood to dry out if it's too moist.
  • L
    Luke LarsonAug 25, 2025
What to do if my Grizzly H2933 Sander motor stalls and blows fuses?
    • D
      David FitzpatrickAug 26, 2025
If the motor stalls, inspect the motor connections for loose or shorted terminals or worn insulation. Ensure that you correct any low voltage conditions. Install correct fuses or circuit breakers. Reduce the load on the motor.
  • C
    Chelsea KaneAug 27, 2025
Why does my Grizzly H2933 Sander motor overheat?
    • J
      Jennifer BrooksAug 27, 2025
The motor may be overloaded; reduce the load. Another possible cause is restricted air circulation through the motor; clean out the motor to ensure normal air circulation.
  • K
    Kevin MorrisAug 27, 2025
What to do if my Grizzly H2933 motor won't start and the fuses blow?
    • R
      randyhubbardAug 27, 2025
Inspect the cord or plug for damaged insulation and shorted wires. Inspect all connections on the motor for loose or shorted terminals or worn insulation. Make sure the correct fuses or circuit breakers are installed.
  • B
    Bradley SmithSep 17, 2025
What to do if emergency brake stops slow on Grizzly H2933?
    • V
      veronica24Sep 17, 2025
Adjust air pressure to 75 PSI if it's incorrect. Find and fix any air leaks in the system. Clean the brake rotor with automotive brake parts cleaner if it's contaminated with oil. Replace the brake pads if they are worn out.
  • G
    Gregory TurnerSep 14, 2025
What causes lines across the width of a workpiece on my Grizzly Sander?
    • J
      Jocelyn PetersSep 14, 2025
Lines across the width of the workpiece can be caused by a sanding belt seam that is open or damaged, so repair or replace the sanding belt.
  • J
    John MunozSep 15, 2025
What causes my Grizzly H2933 Sander conveyor belt to slip?
    • D
      david81Sep 15, 2025
The conveyor rollers may have incorrect tension, so adjust them to place more tension on the workpiece. The conveyor rollers may also be contaminated with dirt or dust, so clean them.
  • O
    oclaytonSep 6, 2025
Why are the edges of my workpiece rounded after sanding with my Grizzly H2933?
    • J
      John SnyderSep 6, 2025
Rounded edges can occur due to excessive depth of cut; reduce the depth of cut.
  • G
    Gloria SimpsonSep 3, 2025
Why is my Grizzly H2933 conveyor belt not tracking in the center?
    • I
      Isaac GomezSep 3, 2025
The conveyor rollers may have moved out of adjustment, so readjust them.
