1.8.2 Wiring the Instrument
Connect the unpowered wires to the instrument power terminal as follows:
1. Strip the outside insulation of each wire back ¼-inch.
2. Connect the three wires to the terminal using the information in the
following table.
3. Ensure the voltage setting is correct and supply power to the instrument.

Since the ON/OFF switch can be accessed
without the use of a tool an external switch
is not required for instrument power.
A method to remove power from
the relays locally must be
available in case of an emergency
or for servicing the instrument.
