7.2. Maintenance Log
An accurate maintenance log can provide key insights when pump problems arise; preventing ex-
tended down times, and shortens troubleshooting.
Sample maintenance logs are provided in FSGMNL00184, Technical Manual For Hale Single
Stage Booster Pumps that is contained on the flash drive provided with the pump or on the Hale
website (www.haleproducts.com).
7.3. Extreme Conditions Maintenance Guidelines
Extreme conditions occur when the pump has been operated in extreme heat/cold for extended pe-
riods or when pumping from a water source that contains sediment or other material that is harmful
to the pump. Extreme conditions indicate a need for increased maintenance frequency.
