SPC series intelligent charger can automatically implement multistage charging:
constant current charging, constant voltage charging and floating charging, etc. It also
has the following functions: intelligent MCU control charging, short circuit protection,
over temperature protection, battery voltage, output overvoltage protection, input
under-voltage protection, the battery reverse connect protection, regular shutdown
protection, charging status and SOC display.
2 Parameters
Input voltage 220±15%Vac
Full load efficiency: 88%
Operating temperature: -10ºC 45ºC
3 Panel instructions
ON Light Red light The input voltage is normal and the red light is always on.
B_NG Light Red light This red light flashes when the battery is not connected, the
battery fails or the communication is abnormal.
Fault Light Red light This red light flashes when the charger fails.
Full Light Green light The SOC is over 80% less than 100% the green light flashes.
When SOC >= 100% the green light is always on .
Battery 5 digit Yellow light Battery charging process indicator.
4 Operating Instructions
4.1 Please confirm whether the input voltage meets the requirements before using it;
4.2 Check the battery parameters and polarity. Make sure the battery is connected in
the correct way before charging.
4.3 Connect the battery and insert the charger power plug. The charger should work
normally.
4.4 The heat dissipation of the charger is forced air cooling. When working, please
make sure there is enough space around it for heat dissipation.
4.5 Do not place the charger on the carpet, cushion, battery and keep away from
inflammable, explosive and corrosive chemicals.
5 Instruction
5.1 B_NG light flash Battery is not connected, battery reverse polarity protection, or
battery voltage over-discharge.
Please check whether the charger output line is connected to the battery terminal,
whether the charger output line is connected back to the battery end, use multimeter
to check whether the battery voltage is too low.
