7 Deposit the truck for long time
7.1 Deposit for long time
If stop use the truck for long time(over one month), park the truck according to the following ways,
Park the truck in ventilated, dry and no direct sunlight room. Avoid large temperature
difference, humidity, dust and corrosive gas.
Take out battery plug.
Check the truck and especially for wheel damage.
Check gear oil, hydraulic oil and electrolyte for leakage.
Apply lubrication grease.
Check electrolyte proportion and level once a month.
Carry out one equalizing charge once a month.
In order to avoid bearing rust, run the truck every six months to observe if truck works smooth
and if noises.
As to the machined surface without paint, please apply antirust agent every six month.
Cover the whole truck.
7.2 Start running after deposit for a long time
Remove rust preventive oil on exposed parts.
Clean impurity and water of the hydraulic oil tank.
Recharge battery, fit on truck and connect.
Carefully check before start. Inspect starting, travelling, slowing down, steering, braking and
parking etc. function.
