10.2.4 Voltage parameters

1. [Vmax] : voltage from the highest point of the waveform to GND.
2. [Vmin] : voltage from the lowest point of the waveform to GND.
3. [PK-PK] : voltage from the highest point to the lowest point of the waveform.
Double peak = Vmax - Vmin
4. [Vtop] : the voltage from the waveform flat top to GND.
5. [Vbase] : the voltage from the waveform bottom to GND.
6. [Vampl] : the voltage value from top to bottom of the waveform.
Amplitude = Vtop - Vbase
7. [Vmid] : the actual voltage corresponding to the middle value of the threshold.
8. [Average]: the arithmetic average over the entire waveform or gating region.
9. [Per-average]: the arithmetic average of the first period of a waveform.

Where xi is the measurement result of the ith point, and n is the number of points
measured.
10. [Vrms] : root mean square value over the entire waveform or gated region.
11. [Per-Vrms] : the root mean square value within a period.

Where xi is the measurement result of the ith point, and n is the number of points
measured.
12. [Rise Overshoot]: The ratio of the difference between the maximum value and the
top value of a waveform to its amplitude.
13. [Fall Pre-shoot]: The ratio of the difference between the minimum and the bottom
value of the falling edge of a waveform to its amplitude.
14. [Fall Overshoot]: The ratio of the difference between the maximum value and the top
value of the falling edge of a waveform to its amplitude.
15. [Rise Pre-shoot]: The ratio of the difference between the minimum value and the
bottom value of the waveform to the amplitude.
16. [Variance]: The average sum of the squares of the difference between the amplitude
of each waveform point over the entire waveform or gating region and the mean
