Configure the current time.
It may not be changed during recording.
Reserve the time when the record starts. It is
impossible to reserve the time if the starting
is ahead of the current time. It is impossible
to change the reserved time during the
reservation.
Reserve the time when the record ends. It is
impossible to reserve the time if the ending
is ahead of the current time. It is impossible
to change the reserved time during the
reservation.
