Menu 4.6.3 Reset nozzle position in SMCU
If a SMCU has assigned a ID number it has to be reset before it can
be reused on another position on a boom.
The LED is flashing if the SMCU has a ID number assigned. If the
LED lit up constant the SMCU is not programmed.
