Procedure
Step Activity
1 Check the air intake opening(1) for coarse contamination such
as leaves, heavy dust deposits, etc.
Perform the following activities in case of heavy contamination:
▪ Chap. 8.2.7 Cleaning the cooling air area, page 65.
▪ Chap. 8.2.11 Maintaining the dry air filter, page 73.
2 In models with a cyclone precleaner, also check and if neces-
sary clean the intake area(2) in addition to step1.
Check that the dust outlet opening(3) is clear and clean it if
necessary.
