8.2.6 Checking and setting the tappet clearance
Safety notes
CAUTION
Danger of burns.
There is a danger of burns when working on a hot engine. Only
perform the settings while the engine is cold (10-30°C).
▪ Let the engine cool.
CAUTION
Damage from inadequate engine cooling.
Only operate the engine when all covers are installed.
