After the preset volume was completed or the accumulated volume reached 9999.9ml, the syringe
pump will activate KVO function and give finish alarm. Press Stop key to stop the infusion.
8.1.10 Replace syringe
(1) Open pump door, pull the pull handle of syringe pump to the end, then turn right 90°
(2) Press the clutch and move the push handle right forward, remove the syringe.
(3) Install a new syringe correctly (refer to Article 8.1.3.)
8.2 Alarms and Solutions
The following alarms may occur in infusion preparation and infusion process. Please operate
according to the instructions.
(Table 2) (See Table 1 of Appendix 2 for alarm relevant parameters)
AC power line falls off/is cut off
after turning the device on
Press Clear key to eliminate alarm.
Connect the AC/AC power line again.
No any operation is made after
2min when the syringe pump is
in non-operation and non-alarm
status.
Press any key to eliminate the alarm.
This alarm can be set off, refer to
8.4.9 of this Manual for details.
1. AC/DC is not connected to
the syringe pump.
Press Clear key to eliminate the
alarm. Check if the power line is
plugged or tightly plugged.
2. Power circuit of the syringe
pump is with problem.
Please ask the manufacturer to
inspect and repair.
Low battery alarm
(In cases when
only battery can
be used at power
failure or in moving
process)
1. At least 30min before the
infusion stops for the battery
running out.
Press SILENCE key to eliminate alarm
sound. If the alarm is given for over
2min without AC connected, it will
alarm again. Stop using it and charge
the battery fully.
2. The battery is aging or the
charging circuit of syringe
Please ask the distributor or
manufacturer to repair.
