7.6 Typical configuration example
The transducer is a load cell with the following nominal (rated) data:
maximum capacity: 50 kg, sensitivity: 2.5 mV/V
The weight of a small amount of bulk material in a container is to be
determined.
Connect the load cell to the “INPUT B” socket
è see Chapter 3.4.2
“Back of device”, Page 22.
Channel configuration
Use shift key F1 to select setting mode.
Under Range (bridge excitation voltage), choose the selection fields 5 V
and 2.5 mV/V (A).
Press Save(diskette symbol).
Press more....
Press Scaling and select the unit kg (C).
Use the keypad to make entries in the edit fields (D):
Point 1: 0.000 kg and 0.000 mV/V
Point 2: 50.000 kg and 2.500 mV/V
Press Save (diskette symbol).
