Install cam chain on to sprocket and align the
timing mark on the sprocket with the two
sprocket bolt holes and the lower bolt hole of the
cylinder side cover.
Align sprocket bolt hole with camshaft bolt hole.
Tighten the sprocket mounting bolts.
Caution
Make sure timing marks are matched.
Install the cylinder head side cover (3 bolts).
Install the thermostat (2 bolts).
Loosen auto tensioner adjustment bolt and
remove bolt and spring.
Install tensioner and install spring and
adjustment bolt.
Install cylinder head cover (4 bolts)
