Crankcase Disassembly
Remove the cam chain setting plate, and then
remove cam chain.
Loosen the pivot bolt and remove the cam chain
tensioner.
Loosen 2 bolts on the left crankcase.
Loosen 13 bolts on the right crankcase.
Place left crankcase downward and right
crankcase up.
Tap the right crankcase with a plastic hammer to
remove it.
Caution
 Do not make damage to the contact faces
