6 Firmware Upgrades
6.1 Upgrade the Printer Firmware
To upgrade the printer firmware, perform the following steps.

Requirements
• Internet access
• Printer powered up and connected to PC

Open the FARGO Workbench Printer Utility or use the Diagnostics button from the Card tab of the
Printing Preference page.
Note: Workbench is also available from the FARGO Folder in the Windows Program folder.
