8 Insert the leaf in the hinge post and x it with an M5 countersunk bolt. Take into
account that for semiautomatic doors, the position at which the door is delivered
from factory is open at a 45º angle approximately.
9 In case of semiautomatic door, remove the upper lid of the hinge post and unlock
the leaf loosening the blocking bolt without removing it.
10 Verify that the leaf does not scrape the oor and that it is plumb. If this is not the
case, lift the leaf enough to access the adjustment bolts on the base and adjust the
inclination of the leaf.
11 Adjust the position of the latch housing so that it matches the position of the latch
of the lock and so that the latch extends completely. In case the latch does not
extend fully, adjust the position of the closing post to bring it nearer the leaf using
the slots in the base.
12 In case of semiautomatic door, adjust the brake that is installed in the hinge post so
that the door closes completely and smoothly. In order to do so, loosen or tighten
the adjustment bolt to increase or decrease the braking respectively.
13 Insert the reinforcement post xing plate on its studs and secure it with M6 nuts.
