  If your Higen Servo Drives motor isn't starting, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the external wiring is correctly configured and that all cables are securely connected; rewire or replace cables if necessary. Check if the motor is overloaded and readjust mechanical systems to alleviate this. Inspect all screws and retighten any that have loosened. Verify that the motor isn't defective; if the voltage is correct, consider replacing the motor. Also, the encoder might be defective, in that case replace it. Finally, incorrect parameter settings could be the issue; in that case reset parameters.
