Region Exing Detecon
Region exing detecon funcon detects people, vehicle or other objects which exit from a pre-
dened
virtual region, and some certain acons can be taken when the alarm is triggered.
Steps
1.
Go to Conguraon → Event → Smart Event → Region Exing .
2.
Select Camera to congure.
3.
Check Enable Region Exing Detecon.
4.
Check Save VCA Picture to save the captured pictures of VCA detecon.
5.
Set the detecon rules and detecon areas.
1) Select Arming Area. Up to 4 arming areas are selectable.
2) Click Draw Area and draw a quadrilateral in the preview window by specifying four vertexes of
the
detecon region.
3) Adjust
Sensivity. Sensivity: Range [0-100]. The higher the value is, the more easily the
detecon alarm can be triggered.

Set the arming schedule.
7.
Set the linkage
acons.
8.
Click Apply.

Congure non-video event.
Steps
1.
Go to Conguraon → Device Management → Non-Video Event.
2.
Select the device.
3.
Select the Alarm Content.
4.
Set the arming schedule. Refer to
Congure Arming Schedule for details.
5.
Set the linkage acons. Refer to Congure Alarm Linkage Acon for details.
6.
Click Apply。
6.5.4 Other Events
Thermal Camera Detecon
The device supports the event detecon modes of thermal network cameras: re detecon,
temperature detecon, etc. You can congure the arming schedule and linkage acons of the
selected event.
Before You Start
Add a thermal network camera to your device and make sure the camera is acvated.
