6.1 Sleep Mode
If the bed will be disconnected from its AC power source for an extended
period of time, do this procedure to conserve battery power.
Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver
1. Raise the head section (A) to its full up position.
2. Lower the bed to have access to the cover (B) on the control box assembly
(C) (see figure 6-1 on page 6-9).

SHOCK HAZARD:
Disconnect the bed from its power source. Failure to do so could cause
injury or equipment damage.
3. Disconnect the bed from its power source.
4. Remove the six screws (D) that attach the cover (B) to the control box (C).
