7.6 Kundenspezifische Kalibrierung Quick-Cal
Die Digitalbürette ist werksseitig nach
DIN EN ISO 8655 auf 20° C kalibriert.
Falls es erforderlich ist kann das Gerät durch
den Anwender auf kundenspezifische
Anwendungen (andere Temperaturen usw.)
kalibriert werden. Hierzu muss die rechte Taste
4 sec. lang gedrückt werden. Es erscheint das
blinkende Zeichen “cal” im Display und der
derzeitige Kalibrierungsfaktor.
Dieser ist bei Auslieferung eines 10 ml Gerätes
10.00, bei einem 20 ml Gerät 20.00 und bei
einem 50 ml Gerät 50.00. Beim 10 ml Gerät
sind die Kalibrierungsfaktoren zwischen 9.00
und 10.99, beim 20 ml Gerät zwischen 18.00
und 21.99, beim 50 ml Gerät zwischen 45.00
und 54.99 einstellbar. Jeweils die blinkende
Dezimalstelle kann durch Drücken der rechten
Taste verändert werden. Durch Betätigen der
linken Taste kann auf die nächste Dezimalstelle
umgeschaltet werden.
7.6 Customer-specific calibration Quick-Cal
The default calibration for the digital
burette is done at 20 °C according to
regulation DIN EN ISO 8655. If necessary the
device may easily be calibrated to customer-
specific applications (other temperatures
etc.). To do this the right key must be
pressed for 4 sec. The word „cal“ will then be
flashing in the display as well as the current
calibration factor.
The default setting is 10.00 for a 10 ml
device, 20.00 for a 20 ml device and 50.00
for a 50 ml device. The calibration factors
may be set between 9.00 and 10.99 for a
10 ml device, between 18.00 and 21.99 for
a 20 ml device and between 45.00 and 54.99
for a 50 ml device. Pressing the right key
modifies the actual decimal position flashing
at the time. When the left key is pressed the
device switches to the next decimal position.

dispensing the first few drops of the titrant into a
waste container prior to the actual titration. To begin
the titration process reset the display value to zero.
Once the titration has been completed the displayed
value is to be recorded.
