8.2 Intensivreinigung

- Zuerst Reinigung gemäß 8.1 durchführen.

- Ventilblock, Zylinder und Dosierkolben

ausbauen:

- Geräteoberteil bis zum rechten Anschlag drehen

(Pfeil steht in Deckung mit rechter Kante der

Beschriftung auf dem Chromring), danach 6 mm

nach oben ziehen und bis zum Gegenanschlag

nach links drehen. Wiederum nun

Ventilblock mit Zylinder vom Geräte-

oberteil nach oben abziehen.

- Bei Bedarf kann der Kolben mit Zahn-

stange durch Drehen der Handräder

ganz aus dem Geräteoberteil heraus-

gedreht werden.

8.2 Thorough cleaning

- First perform cleaning as described in section 8.1

above.

- Then remove valve block, cylinder and piston:

- Rotate upper section of the device to the right until

the movement stops (arrow is lined up with the

right edge of the chrome ring), then pull out upper

section 6 mm and turn to the left until movement

stops. Remove valve block with cylinder from upper

section by pulling downwards.

- If necessary, completely remove

piston and toothed rack from the

upper section of the device by rotating

the hand wheels.

- First perform cleaning as described in section 8.1

above.

- Then remove valve block, cylinder and piston:

- Rotate upper section of the device to the right until

the movement stops (arrow is lined up with the

right edge of the chrome ring), then pull out upper

section 6 mm and turn to the left until movement

stops. Remove valve block with cylin

der from upper section by pulling

down ward.

- If necessary, completely remove piston

and toothed rack from the upper sec-

tion of the device by rotating the hand

wheels.
