Failed: In failed state. With the power cable disconnected, the failed state is
shown. Check the failed content in the event list.
-----: No power supply module is installed.
AC Input Shows the status of AC input to the power supply module. With AC input, AC
input voltage is shown as 100 V or 200 V, which is automatically determined.
