10.5.6 Removal of the coupling
Remove the side panel in line with the instructions given in chapter
Removal of the side panel.
Remove the cover in two parts, as indicated in section Removal
of the fan motor.
Loosen the coupling screw using a hexagonal wrench.
Remove the M8 bolt securing the support as indicated in section
Removal of the fan shaft support.
Remove the coupling after removing the shaft and fan unit.
10.5.7 Removal of the automatic louver motor
Remove the side panel in line with the instructions given in chapter
Removal of the side panel.
Remove the bolts (M4) from the AS motor assembly and remove
the right shaft of the discharge air grille.
C A U T I O N
Be particularly careful not to damage the AS motor.
Remove the two bolts securing the automatic louver motor and
remove the AS motor assembly securing plate.
Remove the bolt securing the automatic louver motor shaft and
the AS pinion.
N O T E
• Torque value of the two screws securing the automatic louver motor: 0.8 Nm.
• Torque value of the screw securing the automatic louver motor shaft: 0.4 Nm.
• Apply the torque value using a torque wrench.
10.5.8 Removal of the thermistors from the liquid and gas pipes
Remove the side panel in line with the instructions given in chapter Removal of the side panel.
Remove the lower panel.
