venlated area that is dry and cool.
When installing the HomeGrid Stack’d Series,
posion it at a safe distance from heang
equipment or any potenal sources of heat and re.
When installing the HomeGrid Stack’d Series, it is
important to select a locaon that is not directly
exposed to sunlight, rain, or snow. By avoiding
direct exposure to these elements, you can prevent
potenal adverse eects such as heat buildup,
water damage, or moisture inltraon, ensuring
the opmal performance and durability of the
equipment. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
If the equipment is situated in proximity to a garage
or parking area, it is crucial to provide adequate
protecon to prevent collision and impact-related
damages from vehicles.
During installaon, posion the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series away from standing water or areas prone
to water pooling. Keep away from water sources
including faucets, downspouts, or sprinklers.
In the event of any equipment failure, promptly
reach out to your installer or authorized aer-sales
service provider for assistance and support. Refrain
from aempng to dismantle, repair, or modify the
HomeGrid Stack’d Series without obtaining proper
authorizaon from HomeGrid. Unauthorized acons
of this nature may pose safety risks and also result
in the voiding of your warranty.

Under normal circumstances, refrain from
painng any component of the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series unless the paint surface of the equipment
housing has incurred accidental damage during
transportaon, installaon, or maintenance. In the
event of such damage, the aected area can be
appropriately restored using paint or a topcoat that
matches the original color, ensuring a seamless
appearance and maintaining the equipment’s
aesthec integrity.
To safeguard against potenal damage, it is
recommended to keep the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series BMS/Base and baery modules within
their designated shipping packaging unl all the
necessary equipment is prepared for installaon.
During the transportaon and handling of
HomeGrid equipment, exercise extreme cauon and
take all necessary measures to prevent dropping,
bumping, stomping, or inverng the equipment.
Under no circumstances should HomeGrid
equipment be installed, maintained, or handled
outdoors during inclement weather condions,
including thunderstorms, rainfall, snowfall, and high
winds.
