For opmal performance, it is recommended to
install the HomeGrid Stack’d Series in a well-
venlated area that is dry and cool.
When installing the HomeGrid Stack’d Series,
posion it at a safe distance from heang
equipment or any potenal sources of heat and re.
When installing the HomeGrid Stack’d Series, it is
important to select a locaon that is not directly
exposed to sunlight, rain, or snow. By avoiding
direct exposure to these elements, you can prevent
potenal adverse eects such as heat buildup,
water damage, or moisture inltraon, ensuring
the opmal performance and durability of the
equipment. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
If the equipment is situated in proximity to a garage
or parking area, it is crucial to provide adequate
protecon to prevent collision and impact-related
damages from vehicles.
During installaon, posion the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series away from standing water or areas prone
to water pooling. Keep away from water sources
including faucets, downspouts, or sprinklers.
In the event of any equipment failure, promptly
reach out to your installer or authorized aer-sales
service provider for assistance and support. Refrain
from aempng to dismantle, repair, or modify the
HomeGrid Stack’d Series without obtaining proper

Under normal circumstances, refrain from
painng any component of the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series unless the paint surface of the equipment
housing has incurred accidental damage during
transportaon, installaon, or maintenance. In the
event of such damage, the aected area can be
appropriately restored using paint or a topcoat that
matches the original color, ensuring a seamless
appearance and maintaining the equipment’s
aesthec integrity.
To safeguard against potenal damage, it is
recommended to keep the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series BMS/Base and baery modules within
their designated shipping packaging unl all the
necessary equipment is prepared for installaon.
During the transportaon and handling of
HomeGrid equipment, exercise extreme cauon and
take all necessary measures to prevent dropping,
bumping, stomping, or inverng the equipment.
Under no circumstances should HomeGrid
equipment be installed, maintained, or handled
outdoors during inclement weather condions,
including thunderstorms, rainfall, snowfall, and high
winds.
