WARRANTY STATEMENT
In order to comply with the warranty condions, it is essenal
to ensure the correct installaon and operaon of the
HomeGrid Stack’d Series baery system as per the instrucons
provided in the relevant HomeGrid documents.
To fully secure the 10-year warranty, it is necessary to maintain
a reliable internet connecon for the HomeGrid Stack’d
Series system, enabling access to remote services oered by
HomeGrid. In the event of an extended absence or interrupon
of the internet connecon, which hinders HomeGrid’s ability
to establish contact, the warranty may be limited to a duraon
shorter than 5 years.
For further details regarding the warranty, please reach out to
your regional HomeGrid Representave. They will be able to
provide you with comprehensive informaon and address any
queries you may have.
When installing the HomeGrid Stack’d Series on the
oor, ensure that the chosen locaon is level, solid,
and not suscepble to sink. It is oen necessary to
place a layer of cement board or slab stone on the
equipment’s projected area to maintain stability,
thereby avoiding any potenal collapse.

During the installaon, wiring, maintenance,
transportaon, and handling processes of the
HomeGrid Stack’d Series baery, adhere to local
laws, regulaons, and standards. The safety
instrucons provided in this guide should be seen
as supplementary guidelines to complement and
enhance compliance with these legal requirements.

(excluding minor paint damage), promptly contact
