CLUTCH CABLE ADJUSTMENT
There should be 0.1 – 0.3 in (3 – 8 mm) of free play at the lever end. If the
lever adjustment is incorrect, loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting bolt
in or out just enough to obtain the correct free play. Tighten the lock nut
securely after adjustment.
THROTTLE CABLE ADJUSTMENT
Measure the free play at the tip of the lever.
Free play: 0.2 – 0.4 in (5 – 10 mm)
If the free play is incorrect, loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting nut in
or out as required to obtain the correct free play.
