Draining the Fuel Tank and Carburetor
1. Place an approved gasoline container below the carburetor, and use a
funnel to avoid spilling fuel.
2. Loosen the fuel drain knob, and then move the fuel valve to the ON
position.
3. After all the fuel has drained into the container, tighten the drain knob
securely.
4. Remove and empty the sediment cup, and then reinstall the sediment
cup, O-ring, and filter. Tighten securely.
Gasoline is highly flammable and
explosive.
You can be burned or seriously
injured when handling fuel.
• Stop the engine and keep heat,
sparks, and flame away.
• Refuel only outdoors.
• Wipe up spills immediately.
