This is controlled by the CBL32 Registry 9:6:0:33 HVAC_ControlStrategy setting in the X47.
The default value of this Registry is supposed to be 0 (0x00) which makes the X47 control its
built in HVAC relay outputs.
You can verify Registry 9:6:0:33 remotely from the Inncom server or locally using the e7w
“rE6” (REG – CBL32 Registry Editor) parameter option to access and read 9:6:0:33 in the X47.
Appendix 9 goes over using the e7w CBL32 Registry Editor.
The following steps read Registry 9:6:0:33 from the X47 using the e7w and the current value is
160. 160 decimal is 0xA0 hexadecimal.
This has both the UAI and ACTA bits set, which makes the X47 stop deciding what Relay
outputs to control and expects to be told from another HVAC controller. The 9:6:0:33
HVAC_ControlStrategy value needs to be set to 0 and the Registry change committed in the
X47.
