More than one device in the room is using the same Device address. When you ping the address,
multiple devices try to respond and these multiple responses collide with one another and result in
the e7w not being able to process the response.
For example, if there are more than one of the same type of Inncom light switch in the room, the will
all typically have the same default device address. During commissioning, each switch gets assigned a
unique device address. If this was not done to each device, there could be multiple room devices with
the same address.
