5.4.2.6 Pattern OFF-PULSE-ON
The following options allow the sounder to behave differently according to whether a single detector or
several detectors have gone into a fire condition. After a programmable period, the sounder will then
turn on, regardless of how many detectors are in alarm.

Pattern zone 1/2 Sensors
3 001 to 012 OFF/PULSE -> ON 120s
RESULT: Sounder circuit A will pulse if two or more detectors have gone into fire in zone 1, or two or
more in zone 2 etc. After 120s the sounder will change from a pulsing sound to a continuous sound if
1 or more detectors are in fire.

Pattern zone 1/2 Sensors
3 001 to 012 OFF/ON -> ON 120s
RESULT: Sounder circuit A will turn on if two or more detectors have gone into fire in zone 1, or two or
more in zone 2 etc. If only one detector is in fire in any zone from 1-12 after 120s, then the sounder
will turn on.
