A premature, voluntary termination with fatal errors. BACKCOPY terminated because of a
fatal error or an invalid user command, and the copy generated might not be complete.

BACKCOPY never started. This completion code is generated by the TACL process executing
BACKCOPY. The terminationinfo field holds the error code returned by the process
creation procedure.
