Removal and Replacement Procedures
2. If you are removing the power supply from hot-plug power supply bay 1, and there is a
sliding rail solution in place:
a. Loosen the cable retractor thumbscrew (1).
b. Pull the cable retractor back, away from the server chassis, and then away from the
rack rail (2).

3. Grasp the handle on the power supply.
4. Push the power supply ejector button (1).
5. Pull the power supply from the server (2).
