The power button board is located on the bottom left corner of the computer under the lower rear
panel. It is under a Mylar cover and has two connectors and one screw.
To remove the power button board:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see
Preparing to disassemble the computer on page 34).
2. Remove the stand (see

3. Remove the access panel (see

4. Remove the optical drive (see

5. Remove the lower rear panel (see
