To install a hot-plug expansion board:
1. Extend the server from the rack, if applicable ("Extending the Server from
the Rack" on page 38).
2. Remove the access panel ("Removing the Access Panel" on page 40).
3. Open the PCI riser cage door.
4. Press the PCI Hot Plug button to remove power from the slot. When the
green power LED on the slot stops flashing, power has been removed from
the slot.
5. Remove the expansion slot cover from the slot, if installed ("Removing
Expansion Slot Covers 2 and 3" on page 92).
