Close the ejector lever to secure the drive.

Optical disc drive

The removable media drive bay supports an optical drive, a tape drive or an RDX drive. The section
describes how to install an optical drive. For information on how to install an RDX drive, see "RDX drive
option (on page 20)."
To install the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 6).
2. Place the server on a flat, level work surface.
3. Open the panel door (on page 6).
4. Loosen the rear thumbscrew that locks the top panel on the chassis.
