Hung drive issue 
Try in the following order:  
1.  Run Library and Tape Tools to check connectivity
.  
2.  Power cycle the drive
.  
3.  Check SCSI/HBA/Driver configuration of the drive
.  
4.  Check LEDs
.  
5.  Swap drive to a known good system and test using Library and Tape Tools
.  
6.  Inspect power and SCSI cables, discard if faulty or damaged
.  
7.  Re-run Library and Tape Tools to check connectivity and upgrade to latest firmware
