1 Plug-in description
The HP StorageWorks P9000 Disk Array Plug-In for Oracle Enterprise Manager software enables
database administrators to:
• identify bottlenecks on the disk arrays where databases reside
• identify which Oracle objects reside on which array groups
• correlate array group capacity with poor database performance
• identify I/O cycles available on a specific disk array or across several disk arrays
The HP StorageWorks P9000 Disk Array Plug-In for Oracle Enterprise Manager software is referred
to as the plug-in in this document.
“Plug-in components” (page 5) lists the P9000 disk array plug-in for Oracle components.
