Description
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_NOT_ENABLED RSvS service not enabled.
EID_RSVS_CONFIG_MISSING This message appears for one of the following
reasons:
• Customer contact information is either not entered
or partially entered.
• A selection was not made indicating that HPE or
partners could contact you to suggest
optimizations.
• Entitlement information could not be acquired
from the system.
EID_RSVS_CONN_STATUS_ERROR There are connectivity issues such as:
• Proxy server or Hewlett Packard Enterprise URL
is not reachable.
• DNS is not configured properly.
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_MAINTENANCE Device is under maintenance.
EID_RSVS_REG_STATUS_NOT_REGISTERED Device is not registered.
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_CORRUPT RSvS service is not started or the RSvS
configuration file is malformed.
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_ERROR • After the device is registered, the customer
contact information is either removed or partially
removed.
• Device is registered and there are connectivity
issues such as either the Proxy Server or the
Hewlett Packard Enterprise URL is not reachable.
