HP storevirtual 3200 - Verifying UID Health Module Failure; Removing the UID Health Module

Procedure
1. Press the system locate UID button on the rear of the enclosure and locate the UID from the StoreVirtual
Management Console.
2. Press the system locate UID button the front of the enclosure, which turns on the system locate UID on the
rear of the enclosure.
All other LEDs mirror the state shown on the front of the enclosure.
Removing the UID health module
Procedure
1. Power off the enclosure.
2. Disconnect all cables from the enclosure, including the power cables.
3. Remove fan module 2. See Removing a fan module on page 62.
4. Loosen the rear CTO hold-down bracket.
5. Loosen the captive CTO screws (2) behind the latch (1) on the front left and right bezel ears of the
enclosure.
6. Slide the enclosure out of the rack and set it on a secure surface.
7. Pull the hood latch up and back (1 and 2), and lift the enclosure cover up and remove it (3).
