Speaker Kit (includes left and right speakers and cables) 902391-001
Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Turn o the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is o or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on, and
then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the tablet by unplugging the power cord from the tablet.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the tablet.
4. Remove the back cover (see Back cover on page 22).
5. Remove the LCD shield (see LCD shield on page 28).
Remove the speakers:
1. To remove the right speaker, disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1).
2. Remove the speaker cable from its routing path in the display assembly (2).
3. Remove the right speaker (3).
4. To remove the left speaker, remove the Phillips PM2.0×2.0 screw (1) that secures the speaker to the
display panel assembly.
5. Disconnect the cable from the system board (2).
