Rear and side components
To identify the components on the rear of the monitor, use this illustration and table.
Table 2-2 Rear and side components and their descriptions
Activates the OSD buttons so that the button labels appear on the
right side of the screen.
Connects an optional security cable.
Connects the HDMI cable to a source device such as a computer.
DisplayPort connector(in)
Connects the DisplayPort cable to a source device such as a
computer or game console.
DisplayPort connector
(OUT)
Connects the DisplayPort cable to a source device such as a
computer or game console.
Connects a USB Type-C cable to a source device such as a
computer.
Note: Connect a USB Type-C cable between the source device
and monitor to enable the webcam, microphone, network,
and USB ports on the monitor.
Connects an Ethernet network cable.
- Green (left): The network is connected.
- Amber (right): Activity is occurring on the network.
