Procedure
Step 1 Verify that the router is reliably grounded.
Step 2 Wear an ESD wrist strap. Ensure that the ESD wrist strap is grounded and in a close contact
with your wrist.
Step 3 Assemble the 2-pin DC power cables.
NOTE
l Two cables are connected to the 2-pin terminal block in the same way. The following procedure uses
one cable as an example.
l Insert the two cables into the 2-pin terminal block, with the NEG (-) cable in the left hole and the
RTN (+) cable in the right hole.
1. Use a wire stripper to peel about 7 mm length of insulation coating off one end of the
cable.
NOTICE
Do not cut the metal conductor of the cable when peeling insulation coating.
2. Insert the bare wire into the wire hole.
