5 Cooling System
5.1 Overview
Half-sized variable frequency air cooled smart cooling products are used in the
cooling system. The smart cooling products and cabinets form hot (cold) aisle
containments to isolate hot air from cold air. Air
ows in from the rear and out of
the front. Smart cooling products cool hot air from servers and generate cold air
for servers. The features are as follows:
● Smart cooling products are deployed close to heat sources and provides
horizontal
airow. This mechanism shortens the air supply distance, reduces
airow pressure loss, and minimizes cold air leakage during air supply,
thereby improving the cooling
eciency.
● Teamwork control ensures that smart cooling products work in reasonable
mode to improve
eciency.
● Precision smart cooling products with constant temperature and humidity and
those with cooling only can collaborate to dynamically control the
temperature and humidity inside the pre-fab. module.
● Fresh air fans are deployed to introduce fresh air from outside of the module
to ensure the fresh air ventilation volume required by the personnel inside the
module.
