3.6.2 Suspended Ceiling
● Cold and hot aisles are isolated by a suspended ceiling and the aisle door to
prevent mixture of cold and hot air.
● The aisle sealing plates are separate from cabinets and secured to the cable
trays at the top of the pre-fab. module.
● The sealing plates for the suspended ceiling of the long aisle are hinged and
can be easily opened when there is a need to maintain overhead cables.
● The suspended ceilings of the hot and cold aisles are assembled by three
sealing plates. The sealing plates on both sides can be removed when there is
a need to maintain cables.
● The hot aisle door is a glass sliding door that is installed before
transportation.
3.6.3 IT Cabinet
A cabinet provides stable installation space for servers, thereby ensuring safe
operation of servers.
The cabinet dimensions are
unied, and both front and rear air channels are
designed.
