Step 2 Remove the filler panel.
NOTE
Perform this operation only when a filler panel is installed.
Step 3 Take the spare part out of its ESD bag.
Step 4 Install the M.2 FRU.
Install filler panels in vacant slots to ensure optimal shielding for EMC.
1. Holding the handle of the M.2 FRU, push the M.2 FRU in the M.2 adapter slot. See (1)
in Figure 5-2.
2. Close the M.2 FRU handle. See (2) in Figure 5-2.
