3. In the navigation tree, choose Tools .
4. Select Ping configuration page.
5. In Target address , enter the IP address or domain name you want to test.
6. Click Detect .
Using Tracert Tool Diagnose Network
Tracert function is used to detect the number of other routers that passed when the HG658 V2 is
connected to the test host.
1. Log in to the web management page.
2. Choose Maintain tab.
3. In the navigation tree, choose Tools .
4. Select Traceroute configuration page.
5. In Target address , enter the IP address or domain name you want to test.
6. Click Detect .
