Major Cause ID = 1–6
1. The AC voltage is
abnormal.
2. The ambient
temperature is too
high.
1. Check whether the AC input voltage is
greater than 300 V. If yes, check the
power supply.
2. Check whether the air vent of the
faulty rectier [Number] is blocked. If
yes, clean the air vent. Check whether
there is a heat source near the air
vent. If yes, remove the heat source.
Check whether the heat dissipation
fan is damaged. If yes, replace the
rectier.
3. If the fault persists, contact your
technical support.

Power
Failure
Major Cause ID = 1–6
The AC loop is
disconnected.
1. Check whether the AC input voltage is
less than 80 V. If yes, check the power
supply. If not, replace the faulty
rectier [Number].
2. If the fault persists after the
replacement, contact your technical
support.

Output
Overvol
tage
Major Cause ID = 1–6
The PSU locks out due
to output overvoltage.
1. Turn o the AC input switch of the
PSU.
2. Remove the rectier [Number] and
insert it again.
3. If the fault persists, replace the
rectier [Number] or monitoring
module.
4. If the fault persists after the
