From Gallery or File Manager:
1. In Gallery or File Manager, open a photo.
2. Touch > Set as > Contact photo, select or create a contact, and follow the
onscreen instructions to adjust the photo. When you are done, touch .

6.9 What can I do if my phone can't display contacts saved
in the SIM card?
In the contacts list, touch > Contacts to display, and turn on All contacts.
If you just inserted the SIM card into your phone, it may take a while for the phone to load the contacts.
