Manage files mode uses Microsoft's MTP protocol. This does not allow real-time
synchronization of data. If you want to see an up-to-date list of files, restart your phone.

Go to Settings > All > Storage > My SD card and touch Unmount SD card.

1. The data cable you are using is not standard.
