Check that your phone is within the coverage range of a hotspot or contact your wireless 
network provider. 
2.  Your phone reception on a mobile network is poor. 
Take your phone to a place with good reception and try again. 
3.  The phone memory is insufficient. 
If your phone has Mobile Phone Manager pre-installed, start the application and touch 
Storage Cleaner or Phone accelerator. Follow the onscreen instructions to clear the 
following data: content stored in the application buffer, garbage data in your phone's OS, 
infrequently used applications and installation packages, and large files such as videos 
and compressed packages. 
4.  If the online music or videos are not played smoothly on the browser, use another 
browser and try again. 
5.  If the online music or videos are not played smoothly on the client, update or reinstall the 
client and try again. 
4.89 How do I display lyrics in sync with the songs I play? 
Save the .lrc lyric files downloaded from the Internet to the folder that stores music files and 
change the names of the lyric files to be the same as the names of the corresponding music 
files. 
When you are using the pre-installed music player to play songs, swipe to the right to view 
the lyrics of the song being played. 
4.90 How do I use the headset provided with my phone to 
control the music player? 
1.  Press the headset button to control the music player to play songs or stop playing songs. 
2.  Double-press the headset button to control the music player to play the next song. 
 
It is recommended that you use the headset provided with your phone. The headsets of other brands may 
not be compatible with your phone, resulting in a failure to control the music player. If you install other 
music players than Huawei Music on your phone, you may not be able to control the music player by 
using the headset. For details, contact the application developer. 
4.91 Why can't the photos I take be displayed in full 
screen mode? 
Check that the photo resolution is set to an appropriate value before you take photos so that 
the photos can be displayed in full screen mode after shooting. 
To set the photo resolution, touch    on the viewfinder then Settings > Resolution, and 
change the resolution value.
